Yep its obvious she had facial injections. Anyone that has seen plastic work can see it. Thats why her face is hard looking.

Also I don't even think thats weave she has on her head. IMO thats a wig.

But I will say it again. No black person should even let a surgeon touch their face out side a very minor touch up. Cause usually the work looks horrible. And as a black person your skin doesn't wrinkle like white folks so you should live the facial work alone until you are in your 60s.
