10th grade music class. About 15 minutes before the end of class, the music director comes in and tells our teacher that the twin towers got hit. The start of that day walking to school from to the 1st period then the 3rd period was crazy too because that Lords of the underground chief rocka song was in my head It felt like the beginning of a new York undercover episode up until that moment.

And after I saw the towers on cnn, I remember my stomach just dropping and wanting to take a shyt. I also felt like it was the end like a nuke was gonna be the next thing right after that but it turned out to be the Pentagon instead. From the time that I saw it up til now, I always felt that the government was behind it and it was an inside job mainly because how the government was able to pull up all this info explaining everything right after it happened with no proper investigation. It just was just a bullshyt cover story behind what was going on. The government had everything to gain from that. All that bullshyt they did with bin laden, al queda, saddam, and all that nonsense to say that they didn't do it. The government did it just like they did pearl harbor.

High school in Brooklyn. The school let us out and didn't say why. While walking home there was a bunch of debris in the air and I literally had no idea what was happening. I get home and watch TV in disbelief and then saw the airplane go into the second tower.

Hilarious how many people's stories include bootleg copies of The Blueprint. :mjlolhairfade:

Add me to the list. I didn't turn on the tv that morning cause I was bumping that s**t. Went to the Sprint store to pay my phone bill and saw what I thought was a movie. It wasn't until I turned on the radio in the car and the DJ was talking about it, until I realized what happened.

In my Social Studies close in 9th grade. 13 yrs old. Principal came on the loudspeaker and told everyone what was going down. Not too long after the teacher turned the tv on, we saw the following plane crash into the other tower. Pretty bad day that I can remember clearly. My entire neighborhood was pretty quiet that day.

North Jersey
8th grade I think. North Jersey burbs.

I was called to the office about 5 mins after teachers ghosted classes. I thought that special Ed kid ratted me out for taking his Yu-Gi-Oh cards. I sat there for mins. Some man was crying about his sons grandma being in the towers. The principal was giving a bunch of announcements not saying much but I stated to put things together.

My aunt came to pick me up saying everything would be already and that she would take care of me and my brother. When we picked my lil bro up, couldn't see the NYC skyline and his school as an amazing view of it despite being 15 miles away.

My mom was in tower one when it got hit. We thought she was killed for 3 days

I found out about it when I was In school I think we left a little bit early in the last period. Before I got home I didn't really give a shyt my only concern was to hop on my Dreamcast as soon as I got home, but when I saw the footage from the news reports I shat my self and developed an 8-year phobia of traveling on planes lol I had to get forced into one eventually.

I was in College. I had one class (Calculus) late in the afternoon so I was up just messing around playing Diablo 2. In game I saw some people talking about terrorists and stuff I thought it was just the usual silly stuff people engage in the chat channels in online games. My roommate who was an international student from South Korea had already left early in the morning for his class so I was surprised when he had come back early and he asked me "did you see what happened?" I said "no what are you talking about?" He turned on the tv and I see the Trade Center on fire and he's telling me how a plane crashed into it and I remember thinking it was just an accident. Not long after we started watching the second plane hit and we were just floored. I had never seen anything like it and couldn't believe my eyes. We both watched until both towers fell and later on I remember my floor's RA coming to our dorm and him telling us that my roomate should probably chill in the dorm and not be out and about too much since he might get targeted for being a foreigner. That was one crazy day that I'll never forget.

10th grade Geometry...we were working on proofs.

All of us had seen the first plane but most didn't catch the second until we got to school. Everyone was joking that they were Russian crop dusting planes being flown by some drunk dude named Sergei.

Principal came on the PA and told us what was up. School wasn't the same for the rest of the month. White kids crying all over the place.

Got home and watched CNN every evening for a couple of weeks.

8th grade history class. We just couldn’t grasp the weight of it at the time. Too immature. To us it looked like a movie, it didn’t seem real and we were happy to go home. Our history teacher had his head down on the desk crying and didn’t talk for like twenty minutes. Looking back on it, we was in a school right outside Philly so he probably knew some people that worked in the World Trade Center. shyt was fukked up :francis:
