I held my peace on what I think of Asians because I didn't know what the rules were here, but now that I see that the mods rightfully allow free speech (

So, if we can punish someone for this tragedy then let us. The Chinese have to pay. They got behind that dude so we're getting behind ours. Stop supporting their businesses especially in our neighborhoods. They'll eventually leave when it doesn't become profitable and hopefully a brother/sister can move right in.

I don't see anything wrong with that.
In NY the Chinese owned businesses are mainly Chinese restaurants, laundromats, and sometimes 99 cent stores. Aside from laundromats, that shouldn't be hard to do.
If those kinds of numbers are good enough for low level offenders with mandatory sentencing laws, why aren't they good enough for someone who was behaving recklessly with a deadly weapon?

I am stunned that this point is not being addressed more..
How could this happen? Oh wait, I know how this happened..
In my lifetime, I've never seen an asian judge, let alone a chinese judge preciding over a case which generated media attention.. But it happened in this instance.. lol
and the judge overruled the jury, basically saying that he would not send Liang to jail
If it was a black judge, who refused to send Jamal to jail.. Cacs and Asians would be screaming racism.. 'he only let him out cause he's black'.. blacks are more racist than whites blah blah

Welp, after reading almost the entire thread in entirety. I am clear on a few things.
1.There are a lot of young posters here...and it shows.
2. The social media age and black injustice exploitation methodology is successfully molding the spirit of an already damaged black psyche.
3. There is leadership needed...no...coalition of Black community aggregated into factions economically, politically, intellectually, and militarily (Panthers)
-I left out spiritually, because theres so much tribalism within that sector it's more divisive that beneficial.
4. The reactions are predictable, hate is a waste of energy. That energy could be used to vehemently expose the structure that allowed the ruling.
5. Whether, you admit it or not. We have "allies." The use of these allies requires very intuitive tactics, which we seem to disregard for reactionary flame hate.
6. This posting will not be received kindly by 53.78% of coli.
