The black community should use this as a precedence to help us in some cases. Cases where usually, we have to serve time for accidentally hurting and killing someone. The precedence has been set.

NY should be following very closely the next involuntary manslaughter case.

That is why I mentioned in an earlier post about the different verdict in cases involving street terrorist(extreme civilian) and "bad" cops, despite having similar human error aspects. So for civilian cases that fall in between a street terrorist and a bad cop, those cases should be made much easier to litigate with the Lang verdict

Stress any label you want, but street terrorist are rightfully getting locked up for accidentally killing bystanders, but a cop does not get locked up for accidentally, intentionally, and negligently killing a blackman

He's implying that a murderer who shot and killed an innocent man and did not call or try to help the man live deserves it and should get away with it.
