Ugh I have a big nasty pimple on my forehead right now because of maca and my sex drive is craaaaaaazy but I started off at a high dose so you may not have those problems if your only taking like one tablet per day. It will make you gain weight if thats what you want though. It makes your appetite pick up like crazy. Im ALWAYS hungry and horny lol. I like it though because it gives me alot of energy and puts me in a good mood. I use Nature Herbs Maca Root tablets I bought off Amazon for like $5.
