You don't need rosters to send invites out though.. at least we would have the people locked into their teams since you have to upload rosters anyways

you can set up the league, we're running on All star for all relevant settings, guess pitch off, strike zone on, hot zones on, no fantasy draft, 29 game season, 5-7-7 playoff format, 8 playoff teams
