shyt is a scam, people are starting to realize that and going the community college route.
schools get in contracts with the text book companies and slightly redesign the look of the text book every year or 2 and then schools require that you buy the latest edition of the book. the system is set up to financially screw the student over, and people in this country think that college students are bettering themselves and they are gonna be making this country a better place when in reality they are just getting fukked over by a higher power for every dime they can shake out of your pockets. in exchange for a piece of paper that we deem as "important" for no real reason.

Got my Bachelor's without getting into deep debt... I took out a $3,000 loan for my last semester cause a scholarship ran out. Paid that shid off right at 6 months after graduation (last June).
Now I'm going to start grad school part time, but I'll be getting in debt there but meh, i dont have any other debt and living at home is a God send for real.
But man, it is real out here.. I got friends so deep in debt

Thinking about doing the same. Just got through taking a grad level cert class and paid for that joint out of pocket. I know the advantages of getting my master's but damn I don't want to be a slave to Sallie Mae. Got friends who did undergrad and owe about $70k. I don't even want to know what my debt would be if I would've went to St. John instead of rejoining the army

People are out of their mind if they think college doesnt matter.If your a BLACK MAN in America yea it matters....Look we all gonna be in debt until we old and gray.At least spend your $$ on something that can better yourself and position in life
