Unfortunately premiums are still going to rise because I would bet that the next plan of action from the White House will be to stop enforcing the mandate and stop paying out to insurers. So everyone will keep their healthcare but it's gonna be pricey.

Then the WH will try to blame Obama for why the costs are high. So the dems really need to stress what's happening and make it clear that the WH is trying to gut it
