I just beat Headless Ape and his mate

Beat true corrupted monk, a headless, did the big carp quest line, divine child quest, treasure crap hunting, prayer beads and a bunch of other quests. This divine dragon is kicking my ass but it doesn't seem too hard.

Are the azulite weapons worth farming for brehs before I finish the last couple of bosses?

Hesitation is defeat

I've been stuck on Isshin Sword Saint for a week now

Got him to his 3rd form today for the first time, and there's still another form to go

I just wanna beat this game so I can move on to the Dead Space remake

Dang bruh I wish I saved my battle. I would post it.

I was like you and stuck on the third fight (second form of isshin with the gun and spear)

Honestly he was easy once I figured him out.

You should be able to beat Genichiro and Isshin form 1 with little to no damage and no deaths. On a good run I would get past them in 5 mins or so.

As for Isshin form 2, Deflect most his moves and use mikiri counter when possible.

When he does that high jump and slam spear move, walk towards him as he jumps and then dash towaeds/ behind him as he slams down. You can hit him afterwards

Also, don’t be afraid to use the sheild prosthetic. I used it when he would do his unblockable whirl wind attack.

If you can get pass that form then his next one just adds lightening attack.

Good looks on that spear slam move I would've never noticed that opening. I'm almost there I can consistently get to that 3rd form now

Maybe im just rusty with games but I find blocking hard as hell. Im always either too early or too late. Love the game but its fukkin hard boy. And having to retrack your steps every death is annoying as fukk

I'll be back for a second playthrough eventually. My next adventure is the Dead Space Remake

After playing this years ago on PC and thinking it was the hardest game ever I recently bought it to play on PS5. Just finished up the platinum earlier this week Ended up playing through NG+5 and this is by far one of my favorite games ever now. The combat is PERFECT. I had a hell of a time with the Demon of Hatred and hated the grind to get all the skills but I'm kinda sad it's over now.

Finally beat this game. Holy shyt Ishiin the Sword saint is the hardest Fromsoftware boss I’ve beaten (I had the bells demon on too). I got the return ending apparently. After beating my first fromsoft game with Elden Ring last year I’ve been on a spree Beating demon souls, Bloodborne and now this.
