Seinfeld or Curb Your Enthusiasm

Seinfeld, though Curb had the luxury to REALLY delve into minutia and nothing-ness much more than Seinfeld could since Seinfeld had to try to appeal to network TV audiences.

the problem with curb is that it's 100% all on one character. every scene is about larry.

seinfeld wouldn't have been the same if it were just about george. he always always had someone equally as funny to play off of.

nothing in curb can compete with those scenes of jerry and george dissecting the minutia of everyday life and working together to reach a solution.

It's focused on him but the show is mostly about making fun of the rules of society and him not wanting to conform to them.

What makes it so funny is that those situations are relatable and he says what is looked down upon in society

Never really found seinfeld to be that funny honestly

Seinfeld by a hair but god damn is it close. Curb definitely had more flat out laugh out loud moments to me though.

I like curb more, which is what the questioned asked, but Seinfeld is the better show.

Curb has the luxury of being able to turn it up a notch (being on HBO and all) plus it has the advantage of being made when we've become a more matured (for the lack of a better word) tv viewing audience.

I don't mind it's about Larry.... However..... I think the minor characters get their fair share of time. His best friend and his wife that Larry constantly beefs with, the dude always wearing black in the eps he plays, and JB Smooth all get their fair share

that second to last season of Curb where it was doing the Seinfeld reunion ON the show was mind-blowing to me...incredible thought to even consider doing it that way really. it was perfect.

One of my favorite eps ever tho was just last season with the gay kid Larry got the sewing machine for.

I pick Curb. For some reason, I've never really been able to get into Seinfeld like that. But I think Curb is the GOAT comedy.
