schools are segregating because people are self segregating. If everyone lives on one side of town, then all the children will be going to the same schools.

Even internet is self segregated.. Like this place. Separate but equal is the only path forward.

Asians have access to capital and their towns like Cupertino and milipitas have the highest income per capita in the nation.

However, it's still their towns. They self-segregated into thoses areas, and non-asians are quickly moving out.

Who said it would? Segregation is an issue not because its unethical but because of tax bases built on colonialism perpetuate racial inequality.
