Added hakchi and was able to add 40 games

Added a SNES core to it and plan on making this my go to method of playing street fighter cause the genesis version's audio is ass

Ypu can add game gear , sega mega drive, and 32x games

I added 60 games total

You can change the language on the mini and it will let you play the pal or Japanese verison of the game

With contra it changes a lot
