On a serious note though nothing burns my souls more than seeing people in their 30's, 40's and 50's work minimum wage jobs.

no aspirations? for most of the people you see like that, it's because the jobs are gone, shipped overseas by corporations who cared more about the bottom line than the american workforce. burning your soul? you should be happy those people have some kind of employment rather than seeing them suffer from homelessness (although, some of them actually ARE homeless, too).

You obviously don't know anything about being a state licensed insurance salesperson, benefits consultant, or representative so there's nothing about your post I can take seriously. And there are there are a good amount of careers where a person can make upwards of $75,000 and more...ask @Stuntone
It also helps to live in the largest city in America and have atleast a Bachelor's degree.
