This really doesn't matter but I can't stand Braves Twitter for the most part. All the majority of them did was complain about Arcia getting the starting SS job and the $20 million contract the Braves gave Charlie Morton. I don't know where the Braves would be right now without either of them.

Finally back on the winning track. Bats are alive and Morton is pitching good.

This doesn't really apply to anyone on here but I really wish people would understand that baseball seasons are LONG. They're a GRIND. Players are gonna slump as well. It always happens. Fortunately for the Braves, they have a deep team and have guys that can singlehandedly carry the lineup.

And we have decent cushion in the win column. It's not like the past two years where we had to claw back into the race.

DOB and EOF made a good analogy after we dropped that Houston series:

10 games in baseball is equivalent to 1 football game in a football season. So a 3 game series is basically like one quarter in a football game, it doesn’t mean the season is doomed because we got swept lol
