Those bigger shirts were not that big, I just have a very small/narrow bone structure, so clothing size has that visual effect on me more so than your regular dude that works-out.

Even slim-fit dress shirts do me no justice, it's fine on the upper body/shoulder chest area.. the waist is too small though. I can fill out most shirts at the top regardless, it's the waist which has too much material and just takes away from the look. I have to get slim fit shirts tailored at the waist area.........

Time to just go custom for everything lol

It definitely is hilarious ...at the gym I don't give advice unless someone asks me how I workout or asks me for advice.

Sometimes though a pair of eyes other than your own can give you good advice even if they are in worse shape. Had a guy tell me to hold my renegade rows longer and I appreciated it since I didn't realize I was going to fast. Was I in much better shape yes but who cares.

Also I doubt everyone here is built like a Greek statue so chill...just cuz you got broad shoulders big arms and a big chest doesn't mean your the end all to fitness info...we can always learn from others and adapt to new advancements in exercise science

Plenty of guys at the gym with no symmetry and muscles are too big and watery for their body who can use different targeted lifting strategy. Going to failure on every set doesn't always create the best physique. There are different ratios for rest depending on how you want to look.
