The article states that the Hasidic Jews have memorized half of the Talmud and don't use Microsoft Excel and keep numbers/figures in their head when doing business in real estate. How the hell are they able to accomplish and achieve that??

Also, I want to be successful like the Hasidic Jews and make moves like them. How can I? I am 30 years old and am broke/unemployed. I got a two year degree in Business Management in December 2015 and have 60,000 in student loan debt.

Not that hard, I've memorized portions of the Bible (hyper religious background) I know quite a few people who can recite entire sections of the Talmud or the Qu'ran from memory.

Jews have run real estate in Brooklyn (and most the city) for a long time. We could do the same but not in NY. We could go to Newark or Jersey city and build it up. But it would rely on a lot of black people choosing to invest in something like that on an individual basis and the support from community, church, and government institutions. It's doable...... But it would probably take a lifetime of two before anyone was making millions.

A more realistic goal would be to look into rental properties far from competitive markets like NY with a close circle of friends and family. Then hire a legit business lawyer, real estate lawyer, financial advisor, and accountant and see what would be required for everyone to live off of those investments. It's not sexy but if done right it could ensure everyone involved a much easier retirement.

It's a process, but look into it. It's not a easy move, which is why I recommend getting lawyers, accountants, etc.
