Don’t obey in advance. They want you scared. They threaten all sorts of things that are unconstitutional that later get slapped down by a judge. That’s why you can’t trust when they say something is legal until a court actually verifies it.

I've been 3D printing tiny, very loud ICE whistles and handing them out at my library. So if someone gets approached or sees someone getting abducted, they can make some noise to distract and get people looking and helping.
