Florida has beaten A&M, LSU and South Carolina. Our offense may be :flabbynsick: but our defense/special teams are deadly. These Big 10/Pac 10 power offenses will be lucky to put up 2 scores on an elite SEC defense.

so you are just throwing the word "elite" out there to make your arguement? USC can hang with any SEC team...Stanford can as well....UCLA & Oregon St have played very well this season....please dont let the conference they play in fool you.....Texas Tech & OK st both have squads and they can hang as well.....too many people buy into this SEC bullshyt....that is why CFB needs a playoff....

Not even hang but beat them

The same ol cliche sec homers will spit, the offensive line will wear down smaller defenses, finesse won't work

And all these noggas can bring up is Oregon in the title game when they lost by 2, and Oregon losing to Lsu on a neutral field even though Oregon out gained them in yardage and two deanthony Thomas fumbles gave them good field position.

Oh yeah also Lsu against Wva even though geno smith shredded Claiborne and matheiu for nearly 500 yards in the air and we learned Wva coming over to the big 12 how pathetic their defense was this year.

Barrett all American jones getting treated like a bitxh on Saturday couldn't cleanly block a 3 star undersized nose tackle

Sec sec

Not typing too much but it would basically go:

You listed Texas which lost 66-21 on a neutral field

Texas Tech Who has no wins over any ranked teams

So on & so forth. And i could do that for each team you listed

This argument gets made every year and the same thing results. Why does this keep getting brought up?

In 2006, the mighty Ohio State offense was supposed to beat Florida.
In 2008, the mighty Oklahoma offense was supposed to beat Florida.
In 2010, the mighty Oregon offense was supposed to beat Auburn.

Defense wins, always.

Oklahoma is ranked 12 in the bcs polls

Their only two losses are to the number 1 and number 3 ranked teams in the country who are undefeated

Yet two loss sec team are top ten

What's funny is if it was an 8 team playoffs in this situation it would be the top 3 that we currently have the rest would be SEC and Oklahoma would be at home. Now that is comedy.

You did nothing to add knowledge with Absolut said. If bowling fukking green score on Florida why do you think the rest cant.

It could happen, is my point. These teams do not play top caliber defenses. Who knows what will happen? We know average offenses can still win in a blowout because of defense (2006 BCS NC). Being on the extreme on either side is pretty stupid.

I can’t believe y’all still in here arguing with these nikkas when their whole position is based on some “woulda coulda shoulda” shyt. :comeon:

”If Florida had [insert team]’s schedule….if Georgia had [insert team]’s schedule…”

…well, THEY DON’T. They have the schedules they have, and Alabama has one loss and Georgia has one loss and KSU, Oregon and Notre Dame DON’T have losses, and ain’t no voter in the country gonna move the SEC champion OVER three undefeated teams if in fact those three teams do finish undefeated. KSU, Oregon and Notre Dame are NOT Boise St. or TCU, okay? Just fukkin’ stop it.

The fact that y’all would devote this many pages to acting so defensive on some “if, if if” scenarios now that Alabama has an UNEXPECTED loss (let’s not forget, NOBODY thought A&M had a shot here) is a clear testament to your unbridled homerisms and COMPLETE lack of objectivity on this topic.
