Not saying everybody or the majority. I had a house in a middle class neighborhood and these dudes handing out recruitment fliers for the nazis. Not to mention neighbors didnt't even wanna speak. Just my experience

what about vancouver is "slept on" according to u? lol theres nothing in vancouver that's noteworthy, the architecture is garbage, the downtown is all condos,it's arguably the least diverse and most homogeneous north american city

I fux with Vancouver too. Seen some of the baddest brown skinned asians up there 
But yeah if not enough black people is your fear just make sure u stay around South Seattle metro area and Tacoma. This the west coast, this aint Dekalb County, GA or nothing so nowhere will be 99% black. Stay in the south if thats what u need
