I don't see Payton leaving. I do think there are coaches salivating for Dallas because they can see that it's loaded with talent, but is just being coached improperly. You saw how much better the offense looked once the playcalling got out of Romo's hands, and that defense did a phenomenal job against one of the best offenses in the league right now. Honestly, I think Rob Ryan is next up.
