Really? Mad because they cut a guy who was dropping passes, while at the same time another vet was outperforming him for the same spot on the roster?
Yeah really. T.O dropped one noteworthy pass and of course people made a big deal about it-- not even looking at the fact that he actually was the one who created the separation in order to be in a position to make the catch in the first damn place. Wasn't that one of the question marks about T.O going into this season? Whether he could take the initial stab and create any type of space?
Edwards played one game for the Seahawks (if anyone's familiar with his career knows how up and down he is), and all of a sudden, that was enough to make T.O dispensable? I can't wait for Braylon to start dropping balls in the reg season when the games are worth something. I actually read a news article that called T.O's drop in the preseason
"unforgivable." Really? An unforgivable drop in the preseason? T.O's hands have never been his strongest attribute, but I'd venture to say he'd make that catch at least 8 out of 10 times. Hell, he proved it when he caught a more difficult, over the shoulder catch his last game.
Whereas the Cowbytches cut him despite the fact that he was performing well?
And I didn't agree with The Boys' decision either
. Especially when Ed Werder was instigating the entire thing. I know you gotta be a fan of one of the other NFC East teams, which is why you're talking out the side of your neck about dem' Cowboys unprovoked.
