Ok so I’m probably over thinking this. But I’m going to Louisiana later this year and will be indulging in seafood boil.
It’s impractical to expect them to clean the shrimp in such high numbers; so what do you do?
Would it be rude of me to clean my shrimp at the table? I genuinely don’t feel comfortable eating it with the poop in the back.
If I’m around white ppl, I’m cleaning my shrimp at the table cos IDGAF about them. But I really don’t want to offend anyone’s family that may be hosting if that’s how they eat it. I don’t want them to think I’m a bougie bytch if I whip out a flick knife and start cleaning my shrimp. Is there a way they clean them that I don’t know about?
