i'm just giving credit where it's due. You're a fool if you think being a cop is a cake walk. Each and every cop I know has been assaulted in some way shape or form, short of being a club bouncer please tell me another profession that runs that risk AND is paid shyt.

220k is a lot of money but if it is EARNED then it's earned. The number is use for sensationalism, but it's not like the dude is working 40 hours a week and makign CEO money, he's out there working for that shyt why shouldn't he be compensated.

Short of him gaming the system i'm ok with this, from the cops point at least. I blame the city or government for not hiring more officers. If someone is putting in that much OT then there's a problem and that problem doesn't stem from the cop.

My whole family's from Scranton.... This will never happen, unions run that city as does some of the mob members that still remain, no crime problems cause a lot of people are eating off of the DeNaples and others..... Really corrupt is Lackawanna county.

I mean its not just Scranton..... It is the mentality of all older cities and states that use 80%-100% pensions to all state/city employees is ridiculous.... Its been a ridiculous idea for 40 years, as the world has changed when that system was first drawn up in 1920..... I am a liberal guy, almost borderline socialist, but if people...... the same people who will complain about socialism and their "hard earn money" going to those that don't try...wont accept that they need to give in order to have an America that is fiscally balanced from all levels, i say fukk em.................
