SCOTUS to decide if courts not FDA has regulatory control

The original ruling was absolutely retarded and if by chance SCOTUS rules in favor of the FDA, it'll be challenged again later this summer with the Chevron deference case which will provide another avenue for judges to overstep federal agencies.
