It still boggles my mind that he never got the World Heavyweight Championship. especially when he went to WCW considering how tight he was with Hogan and Nash who basically could do whatever they wanted back then. He could have, at the very least got a run in mid 99'-01' during WCW's dying days when it was clear that nobody was giving a fukk at the time. Jeff Jarrett got a run with the strap during those times, and Booker T managed to hold the strap 5 times when he was running with the "Bootleg Rock" gimmick with the dress shirts and shades, it doesn't add up

I was a huge Scott Hall stan bruh, but you couldn't put the belt on him. He wasn't reliable because of the drugs and alcohol. The promoter usually only puts the belt on the guy they know is gonna show up all the time.

Its cause he wasn't a mark to the business- that man only cared about one thing: how much money could he make. He knew by being the right hand man he would make the most paper. He let the Bret Harts and Chris Benoits mark out for the title and get paid less while he was putting on classics and counting his guap.
