Yeah I can't see him making six figures from NWO and Razor Ramon merchandise. His heyday was over twenty years ago. Only wrestling stars from the 80s and 90s that I can see making big bank from merchandise are Austin, Hogan, Flair, and The Rock.

it's believable

judging from past reports / podcast, interviews, etc. most of the talent get somewhere between 10-25% of their merchandise revenue. now even though it's obvious that Scott Hall's merchandise isn't moving like it was 20 years ago, it's definitely still moving. even if it is just a small fraction of what it once was (which was MILLIONS for many years at it's peak), it's definitely not a stretch to say he's getting at least $100k annually from it.
