They would definitely keep it HIGHLY under wraps, make it illegal, or give it to a very chosen few. Because let's face it, not just everyone will be able to get the cure or else overpopulation would become a massive problem. We would have to reevaluate the fabric of society. No one will be motivated to much, why rush the clock against the clock of time when you have until the end of time to do it? It'd be ironic to today, I believe. People work hard to earn a living and to secure that comfy retirement but if you're never going to grow old and die why bother to work now and play later, so to speak?

to clarify my question:

if a cure for death would never be shared what is the rest of society doing in the mean time? are people supposed to just work dead end jobs forever? whats the difference between this and the matrix where mahcines kept humans alive but in an ignorant state forever. how do we know we arent living that way right now
