Scientists are still operating on the theory that people are born gay and are using this to prove it but still havnt looked exensively at external factors, outside the womb that can lead to homosexuality. It's about the receptors, and so far it has been shown low dopamine, and low serotonin receptors, gives rise to homosexuality or bisexuality, particularly in males. In my experience, I have seen this myself with alcohol, cocaine, and ecstasy. I seen crackheads do some gay shyt for some money to get some crack, alcoholics do some suspect shyt when they were drunk, and people who do a lot of ecstasy start doing bi/gay shyt. These were hardcore users, and it goes along with the scientific research. Those drugs lower your dopamine, and serotonin. Overtime if you don't eat right, and do physical exercise, you will lower your receptors for these neurotransmitters, and your perceptions of things will change. In this case your view of who you like sexually.
If someone has children when their receptors are low, their children may end up bi/homosexual due to certain genes not being turned on from the low receptors in the brain activating enough dna. This is why how you handle stress, food and lifestyle is so powerful, and doesn't just effect you, but your children also. This reason may also be why add, and autism is on the rise, people are eating too much processed foods that are low in needed nutrients, and/or they have too much stress in their life and can't handle it.

That doesnt explain why Asians have the second highest percentage of gays. They have the lowest percentage of single parent households.

This may sound weird, but I have a theory that the reason why homosexuality is so high in Asian communities is because they eat too much rice, and other carbs with not enough high protein foods in a good ratio. Add to the fact that they don't do strenuous work that can process all of those carbs, it means their body will down-regulate their serotonin receptors which means there will be a high amount of homosexuality or maybe certain types of homosexuals like transgenders. This the the same for latins.
For blacks in America, I think it's the opposite. They eat too much meat, and sugar which means their dopamine receptors will eventually be low, and their offspring will be homosexual, but more of the type who still see themselves as their gender just attracted to the same sex. Both groups experience a lot of stress, and eat low amounts of food that have good quality fats like nuts/seeds/ avocados which makes things even worse.
The thing is when people eat a lot of food, and it isn't balanced you need to do some strenuous work or physically demanding exercise so your body will make use of these foods, and keep your receptors from going to low and causing change in perceptions as well as sickness. This just a theory though so don't crucify my ass.
