Anyway the women in the book are given psycological tests by the state and if they pass they are given surgery to, if I remeber correctly:
Widen hips.
Enlarge Ass.
Tiny waist.
Big boobs.
Lips.
Hair.
Flawless skin.
In the book a smart scientist or doctor will be inlove with this other scientist/dr BUT he will only be interested in these "build a body thots". Especially one with long straight dark hair, tan and curvy. Basically thses girls are glorified protitutes or living sex dolls.
She wants to get surgery so she can have him but she doesn't pass the psychological test to get the surgery.

Well many are getting the surgery right now... some look good and some look terrible.
And not to mention all those damaged or killed by ass shots...
