A much better discussion and opne that is germain to the topic of this thread is which promotional philosophy is better for the sport? Arum/Top Rank or GBP?
I am of the opinion that Bob Arum is a dinosaur who needs to go away ASAP because he is clinging to that old fossil philosophy that all a card needs is a big name in the main event and the rest of the card can be just trash/filler. While GBP tends to try and make cards that are compelling from top to bottom.
