IIRC, their contracts got renegotiated. She's not the only actor/actress that's actually made a complaint about the changing of the movie release method due to the pandemic, so I'm not going to knock her for it.
I believe Anna Kendrick and Justin Timberlake were pissed about the exact same thing when Trolls World Tour switched to on demand instead of theater release. Denzel had complaints as well with one of his films.
Black widow was supposed to be Emily blunt but she did wolfman instead
Marvel actually tried to fukk Stan Lee over with the First OG Spiderman film by claiming the film as a "loss" as a way out of paying him 10% based on his characters.
ScarJo can't act for shyt but I'd rather see her in black tights than Blunt
I'm not going to sit here and tolerate this slander, did she do some things to make herself more marketable, sure, but so did ScarjoScarJo can't act for shyt but I'd rather see her in black tights than Blunt
Sony you mean?

Zero issue with this. Get that money, ma'am.
Interested to see if Hollywood studios will blackball her.
Problem is IMO that they DID do a theatrical release, so they might be able to weasel their way out of this.
her husband has a better chance of being blackballed than her since he's not that good with moviesInterested to see if Hollywood studios will blackball her.
She's gonna need to get a cut of the D+ bread then tooThey won't because it's has zero to do with the theatrical release itself. It's the fact he was put on Disney Plus the SAME DAY which took away from the theatrical grossing numbers. ScarJo's contract allegedly supposed to be EXCLUSIVELY a theatrical release. And it could of been. Disney never should of put it on its streaming channel to begin with. They fukk'd up once they did that.
