I like Voices considering Scarface's mental history, plus how eclectic he is. I can see where he's going with it, I like it...

I could have done without Dope Man Pushing though, personally...

Edit: Like Face's verses though....

i just finished listenin' to the album a couple of hours ago

it's a decent album; the first half of the album started really strong and the second half was a bit weak in my opinion. not bad or anythin', just kind of bland

but face's "average" is still better than most best :yeshrug:

all in all, a decent album. i'd say like 3 outta of 5 mics :ehh:

I think this one is gonna cement Brad's legacy. Not many could make an album like this in 2015 brehs.
His legacy was already cemented imo. This might help the newer generation who have never heard a Face album understand why he's so well respected. Hopefully they go back and check his earlier work. I'm not sure yet where I'd place this album in his overall discography. His best newer generation album is still MADE to me. It's gonna be hard to top that.

Face's legacy is already top 5 DOA. Regardless if you like his music or not. He has 22 albums under his belt (Geto Boys included), 2 certified classics (The Fix and The Diary), and not one bad album. And then you add the fact that he has respect from basically every great rapper in the game. There is a reason why he is called Your Favorite Rappers Favorite Rapper. The cherry on top is the fact that he has always stayed true to himself and his fans. Never selling out and going the mainstream route like every big rapper has done.

Scarface is probably the GOAT when it comes to those introspective tracks. On first listen, it's about 11 songs I liked and 7 i didn't care for

Lil Kim did too. 100 toy ass kids who didn't get into Face until Jay Z told them too. Same doofuses that crow over Common's Be and Kanye albums.

Miss me with that bullshyt.

Well now we are just arguing about opinion. But what I was trying to prove in my earlier post is that Face is top 5 DOA...period.
