I haven't listened yet, I'm waiting it out until tomorrow for the physical copy. Based on what people are saying, it sounds pretty good. Face been sayin how this is his best album, so I know this album means business. And Face ain't one to make empty statements just to make sales. He has already said multiple times how trash he thinks some of his albums are.

Face really is the GOAT.

I would give this 5 stars but he got that John Legend sounding guy on too many songs. Should have switched it up with another male singer for a tad bit. Face got another good album under his belt.

He's shown growth.. Usually you get a dark uplifting album or body of work from Face.. This joint has its moments where it's dark but overall it's very uplifting

You can tell Face is in a happier place

- this might have bumped Untouchable on my personal list
- the beat on Anything

- Dope Man: If you can't identify the intro sound @ 21 seconds in; ain't that a muthafukkin shame
- the few releases we got before the drop sounded REAL OFFICIAL in the whip, and I like them better now
- there's at least 6 cuts that nikkas below 27 ain't gon even understand

- I always judge a great song, by other artists I fux wit that woulda been heat on there..... Cube, Gibbs, KRIT, would have fit on many of these joints

Untouchable is just special to me. And I don't think any album that's been out 20 minutes should be compared with an album Ive been enjoying for damn near 20 years.

But no one else who popped off in the 80s is releasing anything even close to as good as deeply rooted is. Hell there aren't many people who came out in the 90s who are. I'm a bit biased as face is in my top 3 but I'll call a weak album from Nas and Ghost weak.

Face is just the BB King of this rap shyt. So soulful and ageless. Face can rock the mic when he's 70 for all I care and I hope he does.

Keyword is personal, and I said might...... sounds like we may be in the same age range, and it could be that this album matches where I am in life right now, just the way Untouchable matched me then
