I get what you are getting at but breh you really can't compare the two. When I first watched Monster's ball, I was like
at Billy Bob and Halle. For the record Halle is a terrible actress, I can't believe she got an Oscar for this bullshyt. That said, the story was two people in sad circumstances that somehow came together. Ol'boy's son dies and her husband get executed and something happens to her son (don't remember). The movie had alot of despair, so it was basically about two people who come together and try to be happy.
Scandal on the other hand,
is pure black woman escape. Mind you I only watched a couple episodes and I thought that show was bullshyt.
