when i played football upperclassmen would pick the weakest freshmen that they wanted to quit and shove them in their locker and piss on them
i tried to get this one nikka to stick up for himself but he let them do it multiple times, thinking it would make them like him
one day he fukked up running through the ropes and our LB coach sent the goons to bust his ass when he finished....he didnt even see it coming and they knocked him unconscious when he came to, he just got up went to the locker room and quit

we had a nikka clown another dude in the shower after practice for not having hair on his nuts
i was like "why the fukk you looking at that man's nuts nikka"
the next day in class he was telling all the hoes and they clowned dude and he quit football too
**EDIT - to add to the story, dude in the last story got bullied on so much- that right after we grad hs- he had some ole head nikka fukk with him and told him he was gone kill him(dude was just messing with him tho)
so ole boy went to the ole head house- rang the door bell and dude's mom answered--- he asked for the ole head and as soon as dude came down-- he shot him in front of his mom---
-dude killed him, and only got 12yrs
he was a good dude too(the one who got bullied) all he wanted to do was sing and have people like him

Now that I recall, the couple of years I did play football (jr. high and JV), players rarely (if ever) hit the showers after practice...just went home grimy and musty (I did the same), so there wasn't any hazing, other than the chaps having to hold practice dummies in practice. 
Heck, I could barely use the showers in my dorm during college and they had separate stalls...
