we just hired a temp who did 8 years behind bars.....
great worker.....seem like a good character ..he even found my smartphone for me when i left it near a confrence room
but i'll be damn if this muthaphuka has been making some very uncomfortable statements lately....
now that he has passed the probationary period to get hired permanatly and the drug test...

but then i talked with the HR lady and she said ...it's probally due to the fact he spent 8 hard years on a chain gang in one of georgia's hardest prisons (jackson state) and he also according to her harbors alot hate towards his mother who abandon him....
now keep in mind im only 6-1....and medium build...feeling flabby n sick right now that im in my early 40s.......i wouldn't stand a chance with this 29 year old country oxtail eating mass of a dude
i think im gonna have him transferred by the end of the week

You’ve got a lot of variables coming together now and we’re living in the new norm
Single mothers (either by choice or circumstance)
Men in/out of prison.. when that cycle starts it’s even harder to take care of your family (basics.. job/house etc etc)
This leaves the children susceptible to all kinds of shyt mane.. women can’t raise boys to be men
(this is a generalization, I know there are exceptions to everything)
I don’t want to get too in the weeds because this fourm can become a negatives cesspool when discussing our plight/future but the deviant shyt was destined to happen
