What's the booking info for Sage Steele?

Michael McCarthy at the Sporting News reports that ESPN is shifting Steele into a prominent new morning role at the network, though no official position has been determined. ESPN declined to comment on the news.

There are a number of potential landing spots for Steele. She could land as the news anchor on Mike & Mike host Mike Greenberg’s new morning show, which will reportedly combine elements of SportsCenterwith a general-interest morning show. So far, the network is tight-lipped about when Greenberg will leave Mike & Mike and when his new show will begin.

“We haven’t even hired a producer yet,” Greenberg said last month. “ I know people think I’m saying this just to say it, but we really have not officially decided to do this yet.”

Steele could also end up hosting a morning SportsCenter that would replace the Mike & Mike simulcast that current airs on ESPN2.

When ESPN didn't renew his contract ratings plummeted for First Take. They tried Skip vs everybody and it wasn't working so they had no choice but to bring him back they needed him to save that show he had leverage.

This time he's number one on the network. It's the Howard Stern effect the people who like him tune in because they like him, the people who hate him tune in even more to see what he says next.

The latter is the part that kills me with people if you don't like something why watch it. Why give it your time in which you're giving the thing you hate more money. I've never liked FOX NEWS so I don't watch it I don't like Reality TV so I don't watch it but they have figured out the same thing. When you bring in the people who don't like you along with the people who do you've earned your money in entertainment because that's all this shyt is.
