Millenials don't care about personalities.

Older ppl got their news from Dan Rather or Tom Brokaw etc. They watched one or the other or someone else they liked. They like their local longtime news anchor who's been there for 20 yrs

Millenials get their news from Twitter.


So espn situation is no different. Our era liked Stu Scott or Kenny Mayne Rich Eisen etc. Millenials just watch their sports highlights on YouTube from twitter trends.

Soccer is probably next on the chopping block......they opened a whole fukk ton of lanes for other folks to step into. NBC does NHL and Premier League right. Fox's MLB coverage was reviewed pretty good last year. I guess this means ESPN is planting their flag on the NFL, national college football games, and college basketball hill

I'm kind of surprised only one soccer writer (so far) has been laid off. It seems like they kept the ESPNFC crew intact. I listen to that podcast a lot.

LMFAO. I actually like SAS. I hate Skip though. I watch him on tv and then listen to him everyday from 1-3 on Sirius. He's annoying, but I think that's why I like him. If I had to listen to Shannon Mushmouth Sharpe all day then I'd prolly smash my radio/phone. As long as Sage Steele is gone, I'm good.
