1. Focusing on people behind the scenes and also not renewing contracts.
2. Actual personalities who are still under contract.

They laid off Jaws years back and he still had 5 years left on his deal. I know ESPN wanted to bring him back on air and Disney was like nope.

I know that he’s still doing radio, but other than that I haven’t seen him on TV in years. I’m assuming that ESPN contact money is too good to give up, so he’d rather
lay low and get the checks instead.

Supposedly they were still going to pay out the remainder of talents contract unless they chose to sign somewhere.
