That's the same guy that implied that my boyfriends should have checked/verbally abused me because I got an attitude over something he did. He wants his woman to live in fear. That's not a healthy way to live.

All I got from this thread is that some man and woman are engaged and happy about their future together, while the OP is alone watching twerk videos posted in JBO.
checking means when someone disrespects you, you tell them not to do it again. Kinda like what you did when you said you nagged your boyfriend over something wrong he did. it has nothing to do with treating someone like a child or a dog. it has to do with making sure your boundaries are respected.

i asked her if he checked her because she originally said he didn't deserve that treatment. she then explained that he doesn't deserve it in general but at that specific moment he had done something wrong which is why she nagged him. since i didn't know exactly what SouthernBelle's boyfriend had done wrong at that point and since it was none of my business i just let it go.

She moved into his place within a month and he let her, and she only noticed him cuz of what he droveThen she got "tired" of him and started talking to the ex that threw her in the bushes while this good guy tries everything to get her back. Both men are rich too, and the nice guy followed her to the club last week and bought her a bottle as the place was shutting down n she left him standing there with a waste of money he couldn't consume. I'm around enough women to see this pattern all the time, I don't fukk with her FYI but I got her renting a spot from me so I hear all this shyt and just go
