Was dope.

Definitely looks more cinematic than the previous Saws, but I didn't mind that much.

@Dog Based Gremlin

It was pretty good, the writing's a lot better than most of the other ones and the movie just 'feels' better. You can tell that they didn't just rush it out within the past year.

You actually learn everyone's name and not just from simply reading the credits, it was a nice change to how the past movies were; it's been a while, but I can't think of any of the names of the people say from Saw 5, the one with Megan Good and the 4 other people.

I would've liked it if was a bit more graphic and I'm sure there's gonna be an uncut version out later, but there were parts where the old movies would've definitely shown more blood.

I'd say if your a Saw fan, it's definitely worth it but if not just wait for the matinee.

Unrelated but MoviePass is definitely worth it :wow:

The people in the game all killed somebody and had to confess for it: Anna smothered her baby because it wouldn't stop crying, then placed it under her husband and let him be arrested for it, evening letting go to a mental institution (I think) & commit that; Ryan killed or caused three deaths, he mentioned something about bad coke but I don't really remember how; Carly robbed an asthma lady for $3.53 and had the chance to save her w/ her inhaler, but fled; and Mitch sold Jigsaw's nephew a motorcycle w/ no brakes and let him ride off and die.

Carly gets killed when she doesn't want to choose a syringe, so Ryan stabs all three in air, and the one w/ acid melts inside her face. Mitch gets pulled up and lowered in a giant blender and has to reach for the bike handle & press the brake, breh ALMOST made it, Anna had jammed a pipe in the bike to stop it and he just relaxes and waits for Anna to get him up...
Next thing you know it starts back up, and issa wrap.

Ryan tries to escape through a 'No Exit' door, and has his foot fall through the floor into these wires, where he is given a choice to lose his lower leg but save his life as well as Anna's and Mitch's.

Anna eventually ditches him to go on to next room, where she gets knocked out and chained to this pipe ala Adam and Gordon. She awakes to a one legged Ryan, whose also chained, and Kramer setting up the final game. There's a shotgun and that's their key to escaping, and Anna decides to continue to play by the rules and kill Ryan, but the gun was set up to go off in reverse, killing Anna.

Ryan sees a green key for Anna, and finds a yellow key for him that's damaged from the blast and no longer usable. He is trapped in the room.

It's revealed that the game happened before all the other movies, and Logan designed the same exact game to happen present day 10 years later, but with 3 people this time. He gets Detective Halloran to follow him to the barn, and the two are trapped in the laser traps. Halloran starts up Logan's game and he gets killed, and then his starts but he confesses and it stops. Logan's corpse gets up revealing he didn't die and he's the new Jigsaw, not his Jigsaw fanatic assistant. They were given the chance to choose who went first, and Halloran pressed Logan's instead, so Logan turned his laser on and kills him. Logan plans to frame to him w/ the evidence he has of him confessing to letting people walk and being the cause of innocent people being killed.

It's shown Logan was the sleeping guy in the saw trap from the trailer, and because he'd simply made a mistake by getting Jigsaw's diagnosis mixed up w/ another patients, Jigsaw saved him after he wakes up basically near the end of the game and nurses him back to health.
after all this time, i finally got around to seeing this shyt

great write up in the spoiler by the way

this movie was kinda ass until the famous "wrap up scene" in the last 5 mins.

I felt it was the
main male doctor
the whole time.

best parts was...
seeing the new jigsaw rise up after the "laser death" part. Definitely didnt expect that.

Seeing dude's leg get cut off

Black dude looks like the son of Eric Benet or some shif
Glad i saw this free. it was great at all but enjoyed it for what it was.

6/10

Just watched this. I was entertained, but it just didn't have the same feel one of the previous ones. I guess it's cause this type of concept has been exhausted. I also think it's cause I've seen every movie in this franchise multiple times except #7 and this recent one.
