Yeah I am watching it now and it is pretty funny.
Can someone with knowledge of film and camera techniques, tell me why alot of new shows look like this? Is it frame rate? Is it a filter?
I hate the picture quality on this show(and many shows now), especially on the opening scene at the lockers with new zack talking to the cheerleader. It's so harsh on my eyes.
Like when you look at old shows, it's like the entire screen was lit up but yet still looked warm. Now these new shows are shot so differently
I wish I knew how to describe what I'm saying.

Not an expert but it looks to me the difference is the camera is no longer stationary. And the show is not shot like it has an audience.

It's kind of funny. The only thing I don't like how Zack's kid is a parody of a cool kid. The OG Zack had swag, and was just a mischievous scumbag.
Mac seems like an SNL parody of Zack Morris
I think that was only because zack was the main focus of the show. He acts just like zack
