Your attention span is of a tic-tac. Where did I say it was another Rwanda? The French give a shyt about Africans except for the profit of resources. They aren't stopping the violence, it's leading to massacres and could lead to worse like Rwanda. No where did I say that it is.

France has the UN permission to intervene alongside the African Union and was ASKED by the Prime Minister last April to do so (http://www.english.rfi.fr/africa/20130417-car-prime-minister-appeals-french-military-help).
