If countries moved away from the dollar the global economy would collapse. India hates China and vice versa, nobody trusts Russia, and the other countries are too volatile economically and socially to provide any sort of stability. At best this is an attempt at a United front incase wants to put the sanction hammer on you but at the end of the day the package runs through America so fukk whatever you think this means cuz it means nothing.

Add in all the U.S. military bases and installations in Saudi Arabia. The ones in Japan and Germany have been there forever.
