People are misunderstanding what makes Shakur boring

It's not about knockouts. Boxing hasn't been a heavy knockout sport for a long time so this is a generally overused term. And even going off the names in the vid, Floyd wasn't knocking people out the whole second half of his career. People love watching Lomachenko(no not just because he's white) because he has interesting movement and he lets his hands go

Shakur's lack of engagement is what makes him boring. He gets in, teases, then backs completely out. It's effective point stacking because he knows how to find punches, but it's a far less interesting version of what Floyd used to do. What made Floyd exciting (relative) is he stayed in the pocket the entire time while looking like Neo with the dodges and counter punches. Shakur hasn't shown that level of finesse. He's clearly skilled but the fights just aren't that exciting, even if you know boxing

Why can't dudes just admit that Shakur is a very talented boxer who is also boring as fukk to watch?

There’s nothing more amusing to me than watching boxing on TV or going to boxing events/matches with my wife or people who don’t really know boxing…in their minds if you don’t clearly and thunderously hit the other guy a lot (regardless of if he’s hitting you or not, ) then you’re trash...so I get his point and I agree with him...but everybody doesn't have to jack that style, it's not an appealing, entertaining style and he/I/everyone knows it.

Floyd is one of the best fighters in history, imho, I can watch tape on even post-Prettyboy Floyd for hours a day and never get bored...but most people aren't watching it like me, I've been boxing for 25 years, I'm looking at it differently. To most this shh!t is a snooze fest tho, you gotta respect it. Cam and Mase are right, so is this kid...only one wrong and corny in this is Prince, lol.
