Ugh. Realized last night... caffeine past even 11 AM will fukk with my sleep. But Im hungry and sluggish without it. I'm gonna have some now (8AM) and see what happens. I'm gonna try a push session today around 1PM. Hope it goes well and I get through it quickly, lifting on my lunch break will make things so much easier time wise. Also def gonna cycle caffeine like I did before to keep the dependency at bay.
