I think I am going to drop down to only hitting back once a week. It looks like I have golfer's elbow and they say one big thing that causes it is too much pulling/gripping. My upper back is already and it can take a lot of abuse.... so once my arm is healed up I will just put all my back stuff into one day and hopefully give my grip muscles more time to recover while still hitting back up nicely. Then the other two upper body days will be chest + shoulders. I will have to figure out what to do with accessories. Might do 1 set of biceps and triceps direct stuff 3x/wk, we'll see.
