Dont ever put no goddamn Kofi Kingston in the same bracket as Sasha..she got over by herself and was in demand for almost two years until they said "these two blonde bytches are gonna be ahead of u, Mercedes". Now she's selfish and yadda..all that bullshyt.
Kofi was never an afterthought. Before the New Day became anything, he was one of the more decorated individuals in the WWE at the time, ALWAYS had a marquee place in the Rumble and would have gone in the WWE's Hall of Fame as one of its all-time great midcarders without ANY of the stuff he's accomplished with Big E and Xavier. The New Day stuff basically made him first-ballot, but Kofi was always going to be alright.
And Neville decided he wasn't happy with stuff so he sat out until he got his release and is apparently kicking ass over in Japan.
Point is, this might not be the "stand up" way to go about airing grievances, but we don't get to decide how one responds to being violated. Every important match Sasha has ever been in has either resulted in a loss or a pacifier to keep her quiet for a couple days.
Nothing she's ever accomplished has ever felt like it mattered in the grand scheme. The chick is a four-time women's champion but you'd never know it with how inconsistent/shytty she's booked for title matches.
And based on how she talks about what wrestling means to her -- she's obviously passionate about it given she's quick to cry when ANYTHING substantial happens to her in a good way -- I don't blame her for refusing to keep almost killing herself for a place that doesn't value anything she does. She may not be able to fix the WWE's treatment of her by sitting out, but she can definitely set about fixing her personal happiness.

Only on the coli should someone be "happy" with making less money than they deserve and make no mistake it's about money. Retards will say "ohh fake titles" but it's never about the titles, it's about the placement on the card. If you have good card placement you make more money and you feel like you are accomplishing something, something you work hard at and feel you deserve.

DDP said that winning the title is like winning an Oscar and he's right. The titles should go to the wrestlers who put on the best performances. Stone Cold became champ because he was putting on consistently great matches and great promos. Sasha Banks was having great matches and she connected with the crowds, but they kept taking the belt off of her to get the charisma vaccuum Charlotte over. The belts became meaningless when they started using them to get people over instead of rewarding their hard work at getting over.
