I thought Becky/Ronda was always the plan until they decided to throw in Charlotte for some reason. I don't remember Sasha being near the title picture in late 2018/early 2019. Her and Bayley were trying to get the tag titles off the ground, but WWE screwed them over which made Sasha leave the first time.

They should have had a WrestleMania rematch with Charlotte and Asuka and promoted that alongside Becky/Ronda as a double women's main event. Having that match on a random episode of SmackDown meant nothing.

If Bianca can make a match against Bayley better than Takeover Brooklyn or the I quit match, or the iron man match, or hell in a cell 2020, I'll happily admit to being wrong. Never mind, I thought we were talking about 2019. Yeah, I think I remember there being a possibility of Sasha facing Charlotte at 38 this year. Chances are, Charlotte would have won that match.

EDIT: I just looked it up. That's fukked up that they just took her out of that match. It's not like she was injured or the fans were responding to Ronda more. The least they could have done was make it a triple threat.
