There's 2 other Republicans in the race. Tim Griffin (the current Lt. Gov. of Arkansas) - he's more of an establishment Republican. The other Republican is Leslie Rutledge (the current AG of Arkansas) - she's a hardcore Trumpist.

Rutledge and Sanders are going to have to battle it out for the MAGA base.

Adding on, I think her chance at becoming Governor is more of an uphill battle than at first glance. Her political future is tied to Trump, and with that ship sinking, the other two can claim they backed his policies but weren't involved in the coverups like she was. Then there's also the fact she has no governing experience at all compared to others. Being "MAGA, fukk your feelings own the libs" can only take you so far.
